Michael F. McKenzie,
president, joined D-O-R in March 1986. His areas of responsibility
have included assignments in drilling, production and reservoir
engineering, as well as producing property acquisition.
After several years of employment on
the Texas Gulf Coast with Continental Oil Company (now Conoco) and
Quintana Petroleum Corporation, McKenzie was transferred by Quintana
to Lafayette. In 1983, he accepted the position of manager of
engineering with The Exploration Company of Louisiana.
McKenzie received bachelor and master
of science degrees in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State
University in 1972 and 1974, respectively. He is a Registered
Petroleum Engineer in the states of Louisiana and Texas. In addition,
McKenzie is a member of several national engineering, industry
and civic associations.

Don A. Bazer
became associated with D-O-R in 1991. With over 40 years of
experience, his areas of responsibility have included assignments in
drilling, production operations and reservoir engineering as well as
log analysis. After being employed by PGAC for 7 years as a field
engineer and log analyst, Bazer worked for Amerada Hess for 10 years
as Senior Petroleum Engineer for Louisiana and Mississippi.
Subsequently, Bazer spent 15 years in consulting and managerial
positions with independent oil companies such as Campbell Energy
Corporation and North American Royalties, Inc.
Bazer received his bachelor of science
degree in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University in
1960. He is a Registered Petroleum Engineer in the states of
Louisiana and Texas and is a member of several national engineering
and industry associations.

Stephen H. Sere',
operations manager, joined D-O-R in June 2006.
His areas of responsibility have included assignments in
drilling, completions,
production and workover operations.
Sere’ worked for Union Oil Company of California in
Lafayette, Louisiana and Houston, Texas for approximately 6 years in
drilling, production and reservoir engineering.
Areas of responsibility were focused on the federal shelf
waters of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Gulf Coast onshore and
inland water areas of Texas and South Louisiana.
Sere’ left Union Oil as a Drilling Superintendent in 1978.
He spent the next 28 years in engineering and managerial
positions with ENTEX, Inc., TXO Production Corp., ATAPCO and Peak
Energy, LLC in Lafayette and Houston.
In addition, Sere’ performed independent oil and gas
consulting engineering services from 1990 to 1991 and 2004 to 2006.
Sere’ received his bachelor of
science degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana
(currently UL-Lafayette) in 1972.
He is a Registered Petroleum Engineer in the State of
Louisiana and a member of SPE.

G. King Munson, Jr.
has worked for over 12 years as an exploration and development
geologist/geophysicist primarily on the Louisiana-Texas Gulf Coast and
the offshore Gulf of Mexico. He began his career with Marathon Oil
Company as an offshore development geologist. Subsequently, he worked
as an independent geologist. For the last 6 years he has been an
independent consultant working onshore and offshore projects for
Unocal, Conoco, The Termo Co., Synergy Oil & Gas and most recently for
PetroQuest Energy. Munson specializes in 3-D seismic interpretation
incorporating all geological and engineering data in order to identify
exploration and development opportunities. He also has over 10 years
experience in land surveying and civil engineering construction
projects.
Munson received a Bachelor of Science
degree in geology from Louisiana State University in 1982 and a Master
of Science degree in geology from University of Louisiana at Lafayette
in 1989. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum
Geologists, Society of Exploration Geophysicists, Lafayette Geological
Society and the Southwest Louisiana Geophysical Society.

Buddy Bullen
has been a consulting log analyst since
December 1998, after having worked in various engineering, sales and
management capacities for 35 years, all with Schlumberger. His areas
of expertise encompass the Gulf Coast region, the Gulf of Mexico,
north Louisiana, Arkansas, east and south Texas, western Venezuela,
Colombia, Ecuador, and the North Sea.
Bullen was awarded Schlumberger's
Wildcatter commendation in 1989. He is a member of both SPE and SPWLA.
Bullen received his bachelor of science degree in mathematics from
Mississippi State University in 1964.
